BRIEF: Create a book cover for Raymond Chandler's The Big Sleep for the 2013 Live Penguin Awards.
After reading the story I chose to focus on three key items which reoccur throughout the story. Philip Marlowe is a police officer, the family which he helps has an orchid greenhouse and he often questions the use of the Knight in chess.
